Shipping & Returns


Please contact us within one week of your appointment if you have any concerns about your hair and require an adjustment. We do not offer refunds on hair services. We will only accept returns on faulty products that have been purchased within 30 days. The product must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase. Contact us to arrange for the damaged goods to be repaired or replaced. A refund will only be given if a product is no longer in stock. If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you.
